Most shop management systems are great at running the shop. They're not great at telling you how the shop is doing — or where it's quietly leaking money.

The gap Manifold closes
What you get

Six views that change how you run the shop.

Each one answers a question your shop management system leaves you to figure out yourself — usually by exporting CSVs and wrestling them in Excel.

All six included in every plan No tiers · No add-ons · No paywalls between you and your data
01 / DASHBOARD

The shop, at a glance.

Revenue, gross profit, ELR, average RO, customer mix, monthly trend. The numbers you used to compile by hand — refreshed every time you log in.

02 / PAYROLL

Payroll, in 30 seconds.

Per-tech billed hours, efficiency, proficiency, and pay — derived from your labor rate matrix automatically. Export the CSV, paste into your payroll tool. Done.

03 / DECLINED WORK

The call list you didn't know you had.

Every repair recommendation a customer turned down — ranked by value, with their phone number ready to tap. Most shops have six figures of work sitting there.

04 / CUSTOMERS

Who's drifting away?

Cadence-aware tracking flags regulars who haven't been in for their usual interval. Catch them before they go somewhere else. See their tenure, lifetime value, and last service.

05 / TECH PRODUCTIVITY

Who's billing what.

Per-tech daily breakdowns: clocked vs shift vs billed hours, efficiency and proficiency percentages, top categories, level distribution. Performance reviews write themselves.

06 / PARTS & VENDORS

Where the parts dollars actually go.

Vendor concentration, markup percentages by supplier, slow movers wasting shelf space, and parts sorted by name — the way you actually order them.

Industry pattern
Declined work gets quiet fast.

Most declined recommendations never get a second follow-up. Manifold turns them into a daily call list, sorted by dollars, customer, and timing.

This is the operational view I've wanted for a long time. The math I used to do in Excel for an hour every week — the dashboard just does it. Payroll's a button. The declined-work list is sitting right there.

Frequently asked

The questions shop owners ask first.

What's the catch with founder pricing?
No catch. The first 500 shops to sign up get Manifold at $79/mo, locked for as long as you stay subscribed. After the 500th spot or six months (whichever hits first), pricing returns to $99/mo standard. If you ever cancel, you'd come back at the current standard rate.
Which shop management systems do you support?
Currently Tekmetric, with Mitchell1 in development. We use the standard reports your SMS already produces, so there's no integration setup on your end. If you're on a different system, get in touch — we're prioritizing based on demand.
How does my data get in?
Today: you export a handful of standard reports from your SMS (Sales, Parts, Job Category, optionally Declined Services and Employee Timesheets) and upload them — about 90 seconds, once a week. We're working on direct API integration to eliminate the upload step in a future release.
Is my shop data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per-shop, and never shared with anyone — including your SMS vendor. You can delete your account and all data with one click. Standard SOC 2 controls coming as we scale.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, no questions asked, no annual commitment. Your subscription ends at the end of the current month. We'll keep your data accessible for 30 days in case you want to come back, then delete it.
What about my employees — do they get logins?
Yes — unlimited users per shop on every plan. Set role-based permissions so techs see their own productivity, service writers see their book of business, and you see everything. No per-seat fees.
Will my SMS vendor have a problem with this?
Manifold reads your data the same way you do — through standard exports you already have access to. We're a complement to your shop management system, not a replacement. Most SMS vendors are happy when their customers find more value in their data.
Are you affiliated with Mitchell 1 or Tekmetric?
No. Manifold Reports is an independent reporting product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mitchell 1, Tekmetric, or their parent companies. We build reporting workflows around shop data that owners are already allowed to export from their shop management systems.
