Manifold Reports is built by a small group that has long supported independent shop owners, going back to the early days when Mitchell 1 helped define how repair shops managed their work.

We believe shop owners deserve reporting that is as practical as the work happening in the bays: clear KPIs, technician productivity, service advisor metrics, payroll support, declined work follow-up, and owner-ready summaries without spending hours in spreadsheets.

Today we are building the next generation of reporting for Tekmetric shops. Over time, we plan to support additional shop management tools as demand grows.
