Manifold Reports ("Manifold," "we," "us") helps auto repair shops turn shop management exports and related business data into reports, dashboards, packets, and support workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use manifoldreports.com and app.manifoldreports.com.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, shop membership, and role.
• Shop business data uploaded or connected by your shop, including CSV exports, report outputs, customer records, vehicles, repair orders, declined work, technician hours, and advisor metrics.
• Billing information processed by our payment provider when you subscribe.
• Support messages, feedback, and product usage information.
• Technical information such as browser, device, logs, and security metadata needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

• To provide dashboards, reports, packet generation, payroll exports, support, and email delivery.

Sharing And Subprocessors

Manifold is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

Manifold is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing and storage in the U.S.
