Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Manifold Reports ("Manifold," "we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the shop or organization you represent.

Use Of The Service

You may use Manifold to upload, process, view, export, and email shop reports and related operational data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you provide.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for managing access for shop owners, managers, employees, payroll recipients, and packet recipients. Manifold may suspend access to protect the service or other users.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access other shops' data, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell or misrepresent Manifold outputs as official accounting, legal, or payroll advice.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your shop data. You grant Manifold permission to process it for the purpose of providing the service, support, security, backups, and product improvement.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid plans renew according to the billing terms shown at signup unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

No Professional Advice

Reports and recommendations are informational. You remain responsible for business decisions, payroll review, customer communications, compliance, and accounting practices.

Availability And Changes

We work to keep Manifold reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may evolve as the product develops.

Termination

You may stop using Manifold at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

Manifold is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated by law.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifold's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior three months.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Manifold against claims arising from your data, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
