What is included in Lite vs Pro?
Lite covers your core shop dashboard, declined-work call list, customer loyalty, weekly tech packets, and CSV upload. Pro adds parts and vendor analysis, service advisor metrics, at-risk customer cadence, payroll export, and priority support. Switch plans anytime in the demo to compare.
How does multi-shop pricing work?
Your first shop needs Pro ($129/mo at launch pricing). Each additional location is +$59/mo on the same account. Lite is single-shop only. Example: three locations on Pro = $129 + $59 + $59 = $247/mo. Every shop gets full Pro features plus a roll-up view across locations.
What does locked in for life mean?
Your monthly rate stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active. If you subscribe at launch pricing ($79 Lite or $129 Pro), you keep that rate. Standard rates are $99 for Lite and $199 for Pro. If you cancel and return later, you'd come back at whatever the current standard rate is.
Which shop management systems do you support?
Currently Tekmetric, with Mitchell1 in development. We use the standard reports your SMS already produces, so there's no integration setup on your end. If you're on a different system, get in touch — we're prioritizing based on demand.
How does my data get in?
Today: you export a handful of standard reports from your SMS (Sales, Parts, Job Category, optionally Declined Services and Employee Timesheets) and upload them — about 90 seconds, once a week. We're working on direct API integration to eliminate the upload step in a future release.
Is my shop data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per-shop, and never shared with anyone — including your SMS vendor. You can delete your account and all data with one click. Standard SOC 2 controls coming as we scale.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, no questions asked, no annual commitment. Your subscription ends at the end of the current month. We'll keep your data accessible for 30 days in case you want to come back, then delete it.
What about my employees — do they get logins?
Yes — unlimited users per shop on Lite and Pro. Set role-based permissions so techs see their own productivity, service writers see their book of business, and you see everything. No per-seat fees.
Will my SMS vendor have a problem with this?
Manifold reads your data the same way you do — through standard exports you already have access to. We're a complement to your shop management system, not a replacement. Most SMS vendors are happy when their customers find more value in their data.

No. Manifold Reports is an independent reporting product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mitchell 1, Tekmetric, or their parent companies. We build reporting workflows around shop data that owners are already allowed to export from their shop management systems.
